Terms of Use
Effective November 4, 2026
These terms cover ordering from The Feed Store (572 E 2nd St, Booneville, AR 72927) through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders
- An order is a request to set items aside for you. It’s confirmed when you see your order number on the screen.
- Prices and stock come from our store system and can change. If something in your order turns out to be unavailable, or a price was shown in error, we’ll call you before you pick up.
- We may limit quantities or decline an order, for example if an item is in short supply.
Pickup
- Pick up at the store during the time you chose. Bring your order number or the name on the order.
- If you can’t make it, call us at (479) 675-4344. Orders not picked up within a few days may be returned to stock.
Payment and sales tax
- Depending on what the site offers when you order, you pay at pickup, online by card (processed by QuickBooks Payments), or on your house account under its usual terms.
- Sales tax is added according to Arkansas law. Tax-exempt customers need an exemption certificate on file.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
To change or cancel an order, call us at (479) 675-4344 or tell us at the store. Refunds for online orders are handled at the store and go back to the way you paid.
Medicated and restricted products
Some feeds require a Veterinary Feed Directive (VFD) or are otherwise restricted. They’re shown on the site for information but can only be bought in the store with the required paperwork. Always follow label directions.
Product information
Descriptions, guaranteed analyses, feeding directions and photos come largely from the manufacturers. We try to keep them accurate, but the product label is the final word. Ask us or your veterinarian if you’re unsure whether a product is right for your animals.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem with an online order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Arkansas law that can’t be waived.
Your information
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version posted here when you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
